IEEE-ITW'24 will take place at the Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel. The interior of the hotel is designed by Cheng Chung Design(CCD). The hotel is located in Liuxian Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the Shenzhen University Town with a strong academic atmosphere. The location is convenient that it is 40 minutes' drive to Shenzhen Bao’an international Airport and 20 minutes' drive to Shenzhen North Railway Station.

Payment Policy

The Hotel requires the guests’credit card upon making the reservation, to guarantee space. From November 18 to November 20, 2024, the Hotel will charge the full stay on participants’ credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation of room reservation is allowed before 11:59 PM local time on November 21, 2024 (2 days before arrival). Cancellation of room reservation after 11:59 PM local time on November 21, 2024 (2 days before arrival) will result in a charge of the first night's accommodation fee.

The hotel provides free breakfast for children under 6 years old, and the breakfast payment method is as follows:
